• Requirements: Economical and simplified process, over 2,500 business activities, no NOC required, permits three employee visas, foreign UAE residents require a Limited Liability Company (LLC), allows home-based businesses, and application management is digital.

• Benefits: Cost-effective licensing, fast process in 2 or 3 workdays, full ownership by the entrepreneur, no NOC required, three employee visas allowed, home-based businesses permitted, and a digital platform for application and management.

Normal Business License:

• Requirements: Legal entity requirements vary, including LLC and sole proprietorship for non-UAE nationals, no employee visa limitations, certain business models need office or commercial space, and services of a Public Relation Officer (PRO) may be required.

• Benefits: Suitable for various business types, no employee visa limitations, allows various legal entity structures. Additional Information:

• Paperwork Requirements: Passport copies, residency visa copies, Emirate IDs, NOC (if applicable), Memorandum of Association (for LLCs), trade name reservation certificate, lease agreement for office space, and additional documents requested by ADDED.

• Acquisition Process: Decide on activities, choose legal entity, pick a unique name, secure a local sponsor or partner (if required), get office space, complete the license application form, pay relevant charges, and submit the application to ADDED.
